NEW YORK-NEW YORK HOTEL & CASINO FEATURES
A VARIETY OF NEW YORK-STYLE RESTAURANTS

LAS VEGAS – New York-New York lives up to its reputation as the “The Greatest City in Las Vegas” with an array of restaurants offering culinary delights that satisfy even the most discriminating New Yorker. Each restaurant provides a themed menu and atmosphere, blending favored elements of New York City with affordable Las Vegas dining. Providing a variety of different fares to suit the tastes of all guests, these establishments reflect the attention to quality service exhibited throughout the property.
New York-New York guests can enjoy fine dining at Gallagher’s Steakhouse, New York City’s original steakhouse since 1927, making Las Vegas its second home. Gallagher’s offers their famous dry-aged beef, grilled to order, and the freshest seafood available.
Il Fornaio presents award-winning Italian cuisine made from authentic regional recipes. The menu features house-made pastas, rotisserie meats, mesquite-grilled fish, wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads and their own hearth-baked breads. Il Fornaio Panetteria (bakery) offers a wide selection of pastries, coffees, sandwiches and salads along with fresh-from-the-oven traditional Italian bread, cookies and cakes. A limited selection of appetizers and desserts also are on the menu.
Aside from Chinatown in New York City, the next best place to find great dining is Chin Chin Café. Exhibition-style kitchen allows guests to watch skilled chefs prepare
a variety of sumptuous dishes. Moderately priced, Chin Chin’s menu features an extensive dim sum selection. Guests are able to enjoy the finest traditional Chinese food in a contemporary atmosphere.

Imported directly from Ireland, Nine Fine Irishmen Restaurant & Pub features the best of Irish drink, food, music and entertainment. Inspired by nine extraordinary Irishmen in the 1800s who led lives of great adventure, Nine Fine Irishmen celebrates passion for Ireland, joy for life and a sense of adventure. Serving the perfect pint daily, the 9,000-square-foot pub is as genuine as the food. The interior replicates in fine detail the styles of pubs found across Ireland with Victorian bars, cottage areas and shop-style snugs.
America is a 24-hour restaurant that takes guests on a culinary road trip around the country, complemented by wines and beers from coast to coast. A 90x20-foot map of the United States, complete with mountains, rivers and amber waves of grain, showcases America allowing guests to find their hometown and possibly eat cuisine from their area too.
A rendition of a true New York City Mexican café, Gonzalez y Gonzalez sets guests right in the center of the action with an outdoor courtyard, complete with lanterns and piñatas. If the atmosphere of courtyard dining doesn’t put diners in a New York state of mind, the tequila bar just might.
ESPN Zone is the premier sports-themed dining and entertainment complex. The menu of the 33,000-square-foot Las Vegas ESPN Zone features generous portions of expertly prepared American grill food served in an electric atmosphere. Guests find more than 165 television monitors (including two 14-foot big screens and more than a dozen in the restrooms), state-of-the-art production capabilities, a dozen 'Zone Thrones' -- leather reclining chairs with speakers located in the headrests and a Sports Arena with more than 10,000 square feet of interactive games and attractions.
No one can truly experience the ambiance of New York City without visiting Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs – hot dogs and an all-you-can-eat breakfast; Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream; New York Pretzel; Krispy Kreme Doughnuts available at the Stadium Snack Bar or Schrafft’s Ice Cream.

Ideal for casual dining, the Village Eateries features an array of foods offering something for every guest. Options include deli sandwiches, barbecue ribs and chicken, thick and juicy hamburgers, delicious Brooklyn-style pizza, foot-long Coney’s, fish & chips and more. The 30,000-square-foot area with its artful realism of New York provides the energy of Manhattan’s Greenwich Village. Nine small restaurants, serving various ethnic foods, are located behind a variety of four- and five-story facades. Elements such as paved streets and brownstones enhanced by trees, flowers in window boxes, laundry hanging on lines, windows framing furnished apartments and structures creating lighted billboards are incorporated into the design. Unlike traditional food courts, which offer a variety of types of food but only one place to sit and eat, the Village Eateries incorporates streets, courtyards and stoops as possible locations.
No experience is complete for guests 21 and older without a visit to one of the resort’s full-service bars. Coyote Ugly, a bar inspired by the film of the same name, features sassy female bartenders who elevate pouring drinks to an art form by performing stunts ranging from fire-blowing and body shots to clogging on top of the bar.
